What you will do

We are hiring an AI Design Specialist for our global Marketing and Design team. This role sits at the intersection of design craft, AI engineering, and product strategy. You will integrate generative AI into workflows, develop internal tools, and elevate the quality and speed of marketing, e-commerce, and brand delivery for lifestyle and fashion clients. The goal: make AI a repeatable design material that cuts cycle time and lifts creative quality, while staying safe, legal, and on brand.

  • Research & evaluation: Scan new releases and papers, test emerging models and APIs, and make clear recommendations on feasibility, value, and risk

  • Build & integration: Rapidly prototype with tools like Base44; customize in React, Python, and JavaScript; and integrate APIs such as OpenAI and Google

  • Productionization & maintenance: Promote successful prototypes into utilities and services (Streamlit, Next.js) with authentication, telemetry, and documentation. Deliver tools with guardrails and clear ownership

  • Design & HCI: Shape AI-driven interactions, prompt patterns, UI states, and fallbacks. Apply HCI rigor to UX and design systems. Teach new AI features in tools like Figma, Framer, and Photoshop

  • Enablement & adoption: Drive adoption through playbooks, office hours, and workshops. Present risks, results, and prototypes to stakeholders, tying pilots to measurable KPIs

  • Collaboration: Operate in a small, agile pod with design/tech leadership, engineers, and data/ML specialists while collaborating horizontally across the organization

What you´ll bring

  • Experience & portfolio: 5+ years across design and product (or equivalent proven impact). A portfolio or one-pager showing shipped tools/workflows, KPI deltas, and your contribution.

  • Design expertise: Strong craft in Figma and Adobe CC. Experience with design systems including AI states and fallbacks.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. Ability to move from quick prototype to stable Next.js/stremlit apps with logging and evaluations.

  • Generative AI fluency: Hands-on with LLMs, image models, and retrieval methods. Fast learner who keeps pace with evolving models.

  • Communication & enablement: Strong writing and presentation skills; able to teach non-technical colleagues with clarity.

  • Governance mindset: Familiarity with privacy, IP, and brand safety. Ability to implement audit trails and human-in-the-loop processes.

  • Nice to haves:

    • Software development for web/iOS

    • Product management with A/B testing or evaluations

    • Light MLOps or telemetry

    • Vendor due diligence and alternatives analysis

    • Fashion/e-commerce context

    • Experience in international, multidisciplinary teams

    • Academic/teaching background, MSc/PhD
