What you will do
Support the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful and timely delivery across all channels
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility for our clients and drive engagement
Manage the hands-on production of digital content assets and photography with external agencies, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure consistent brand representation.
Ensure efficient coordination, tracking, and reporting of campaign activities to ensure smooth operations
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing strategies
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform future marketing strategies
Analyze campaign and content performance using web analytics tools and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights
Brief suppliers and manage relationships with external partners to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives and quality standards
Contribute to the development of creative and impactful campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences
Support the team in conceptualizing and developing fresh, innovative campaign ideas that align with business objectives
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and outcomes
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
Knowledge of digital media and digital content agency management
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using Google Analytics 360 or similar tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A creative and technical mindset with a keen eye for design and innovation.
Experience in the home decor industry is a plus.
A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to take initiative and deliver results.
Experience managing agencies is optional but highly desirable.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in additional languages is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior executive levels.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
