What you will do

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, operating models, and technology challenges, identifying opportunities where technology can create measurable business value.

• Support business capability assessments, technology landscape reviews, and digital transformation initiatives by analysing business processes, systems, and organizational needs.

• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to analyse business challenges and contribute to technology-enabled recommendations.

• Assist in developing business cases, technology assessments, and transformation recommendations to support client decision-making.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective technology-enabled solutions.

• Support the evaluation of enterprise applications, digital platforms, cloud technologies, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies against business objectives, functional requirements, and long-term business value.

• Contribute to technology option assessments, vendor evaluations, and build-versus-buy analysis by assessing business fit, implementation considerations, risks, and expected outcomes.

• Analyse current and future technology landscapes to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and innovation.

• Develop and maintain delivery artefacts including business requirements, business capability maps, process models, technology assessments, solution recommendations, and decision documentation.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to support technology advisory engagements.

• Independently manage assigned workstreams while supporting delivery leads across discovery, solution evaluation, implementation planning, testing, and business adoption activities.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs, and collaborative working sessions to gather business insights and validate solution direction.

• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders across client organizations.

• Support project planning by managing requirements, deliverables, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and action tracking.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Travel as required to support client engagements.

What you will bring

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Technology, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Enterprise Applications, Solution Consulting, or related consulting roles.

• Experience contributing to business and technology transformation initiatives across one or more industries.

• Strong understanding of how technology enables business capabilities, operating models, and digital transformation.

• Experience analysing business processes, business requirements, operating models, and technology landscapes.

• Understanding of enterprise applications, cloud ecosystems, digital platforms, integration concepts, enterprise technology landscapes, and business capability modelling.

• Ability to evaluate technology options from business, operational, and commercial perspectives.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled recommendations.

• Awareness of emerging technologies including Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, cloud, and digital platforms, and their application to business challenges.

• Understanding of AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or enterprise AI adoption is advantageous.

• Ability to assess emerging technologies based on business value, feasibility, and organizational impact

• Strong consulting, analytical, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare structured presentations and recommendations.

• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions.

• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, Technology teams, Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

• Comfortable working across multiple client engagements within a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related discipline.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements.

Good to have

• Experience supporting Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Platform initiatives.

• Familiarity with business capability modelling, business architecture, BPMN, operating model design, or enterprise architecture concepts.

• Exposure to enterprise collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.

• Foundation-level certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, TOGAF, Cloud Platforms, Product Management, or Project Management.

• Knowledge of Dutch or additional European languages is advantageous depending on client engagements.
