Adaptfy is growing! We are looking for a Communications Intern in Amsterdam, to join our international team and gain awareness on how communication shapes both culture and customer perception in a data-driven organization.

What you will do

• Support internal communications across channels such as email, intranet, presentations, and events

• Help plan, draft, and edit content related to people initiatives, onboarding, culture, and values

• Assist with internal campaigns, employee engagement activities, and events

• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to gather input and translate it into clear communication

• Support the people function with coordination, documentation, and basic analysis where needed

• Strong written communication skills in English, with a clear and structured style

• Interest in internal communications, organisational culture, or people operations

• Interest in content creation

• How people function operates beyond theory, including onboarding, engagement, and internal processes

• How to plan, execute, and evaluate internal initiatives end-to-end

• Insight into how data & AI initiatives are positioned internally and externally
