What you will do
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will implement and execute projects and strategies designed to create an optimal and efficient mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments for our partners' ecommerce platforms and their B2B business partnerships.
Drive optimization, efficiency, and effectiveness of our partners' performance marketing strategy, management, and execution
Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with robust performance tracking and optimization
Plan, manage, execute, and measure paid search campaigns across multiple search engines and languages
Establish in-house planning and buying capabilities mainly for:
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Pmax, Demand Gen campaigns)
Paid Social (Meta ads)
Other channels
Optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Bing campaigns, including:
Comprehensive keyword research
Compelling ad copywriting
Ongoing campaign improvements
Define and execute operational activities for Paid Social (Meta), including:
Creation of targeted audience segments and campaigns using various social media tools
Leverage data analytics to optimize large budgets and bidding strategies, while expanding, evolving, and refining search marketing portfolios
Execute strategic A/B tests, collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, optimizing return on investment
Collaborate closely with our partners' digital marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution
Develop marketing automation and advanced analytics capabilities in partnership with our analytics teams
Participate as a subject matter expert in high-impact projects such as new market entry or sales communications development
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and market changes to ensure Metyis and our partners maintain competitive advantage
What you will bring
2-3+ years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns across channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, others) with demonstrable performance metrics, preferably in eCommerce environments
Proven track record managing paid advertising budgets and scaling campaigns to support multi-year business growth
High proficiency in Paid Search and Paid Social platforms and strategies
Strong analytical skills with comfort working with large datasets, numerical analysis, and tools like Excel and Google Analytics
Ability to develop data-driven paid media marketing plans and translate business objectives into measurable solutions
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
Fluency in English (Spanish language skills preferred)
Autonomous, customer-focused approach with bias for action, curiosity, and innovation
