Metyis is growing! We are looking for a CRO Specialist with experience devising and implementing strategies to optimize website performance, increase user engagement, and maximize conversion rates +2 years of experience for a full-time position to join our Digital Commerce team in Madrid or Porto.

What you will do

  • Support development of A/B and MPV testing roadmap following business goals

  • Actively design new test concepts to enhance customer experience; iterate on tests based on onsite behaviour analysis, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

  • Coordinate tests from ideation through to completion. This will involve setting priorities, generating hypotheses, carrying them out, sharing the results, and ensuring deadlines are reached

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure that tests (i) are completed on time and (ii) are likely to achieve ROI

  • Give clear instructions to developers, designers, and publishers on test needs and the testing plan deadlines

  • Create value by meeting predefined KPIs (e.g., conversion rate and customer acquisition)

  • Isolate customer segments to personalise the customer experience

  • Evaluate data and campaign performance – using several analytics tools – to identify opportunities for further website optimisation and to develop test iterations

  • Specify test requests with a focus on capturing all requirements, identifying and clarifying potential issues and raising concerns where necessary

  • Update stakeholders on test progress and outcomes


What you will bring

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO

  • Deep understanding of principles, methodologies, and best practices of e-commerce optimization

  • UX continuous optimization to increase conversions and improve the customer journey

  • Responsible for optimizing user experience and increasing conversions on digital platforms

  • Analyze user behavior to identify friction points using tools like Google Analytics & Hotjar

  • Develop & run A/B tests to optimize pages, forms, and conversion flows

  • Enhance UX by improving navigation, accessibility, and interface design

  • Collaborate with teams in marketing, design, and development

  • Measure impact of changes and refine strategies based on data

  • Stay updated on CRO & UX trends to drive innovation

  • Capable of handling all facets of the analytical process, including analysis scoping, results briefing, creation of relevant and actionable suggestions, and results presentation

  • Good knowledge of statistics (sample sizes, statistical power, significance, etc.)

  • Experience with A/B and MVT testing tools

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Experience with Oracle Maxymiser, Adobe Analytics, Fast Start, and Contentsquare is advantageous

  • Excellent planning abilities and the ability to coordinate requirements from many stakeholders

  • Highly numerical and analytical individual with a great command of Excel

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
