What you will do
Metyis is growing! We are seeking a Tech PMO Specialist with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team.
- Establish and implement best practices for project management aligned with PMO guidelines. Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing project management policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans. Ensure that all project stages are documented, reviewed, and approved as per PMO standards
- Develop and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project progress, risks, and issues. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership teams to support decision-making
- Identify potential risks and issues within PLM projects early on and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Track project issues and escalations, providing regular updates to leadership
- Support quality assurance initiatives within projects to ensure deliverables meet PMO and stakeholder requirements, including adherence to PLM project milestones and KPIs
- Continuously assess current project management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing more efficient methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery within the PLM environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and results oriented individual that is a self-starter professional and disciplined
What you’ll bring
- 3-8 years of experience in Project Management (Project Management certification, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, is a plus)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a PMO role within IT projects, with a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions (such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com)
- Experience in change management and process improvement within PLM projects
- Experience of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile PLM projects
