What you will do

  • Execute and optimize Email/SMS campaigns targeting acquisition, retention, and cross-selling, driving measurable business outcomes and enhancing customer engagement.

  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email flows to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize user interaction.

  • Automate transactional and behavioral emails, driving incremental revenue while enriching the customer journey and fostering brand loyalty.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure email messaging is on-brand and aligned with broader marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and optimize deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics, ensuring consistent campaign success and maximizing return on investment.

What you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM campaign management, preferably within an E-Commerce environment.

  • Proven success in driving CRM and Email marketing initiatives, delivering measurable results and business growth.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously optimize strategies for greater impact.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.

  • Fluency in English (Spanish, French or German language skills preferred)

  • Autonomous, customer-focused approach with bias for action, curiosity, and innovation

  • Motivation to thrive in high-growth environments with ambitious goal
