What you will do
Support the monthly CRM planning process by helping to track progress and identifying potential improvements or blockers.
Assist in the optimisation of email campaigns and automated communication flows, contributing ideas on timing, targeting, and content.
Help set up and run A/B tests to explore ways to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate on tracking key campaign metrics (such as ROI and conversion rates), and help prepare regular performance reports.
Gain exposure to tools like Google Analytics and CRM campaign platforms.
Learn how to interpret campaign data and contribute to team discussions on next steps and opportunities.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
Work across multiple projects at once, supporting the team in organising priorities and meeting deadlines.
What you’ll bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong interest and passion for fashion and the retail industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eager to learn and contribute to CRM project planning and execution
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Comfortable coordinating with different departments and external partners
Basic understanding or willingness to learn CRM tools and data management
Team player with a positive and professional approach
Enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management and retail marketing projects
