What you will do

An Affiliate Marketing Specialist develops and executes strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness through affiliate partnerships. They recruit and manage affiliate partners, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. This role also involves negotiating affiliate contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies, including audience targeting, promotional messaging, and campaign design

  • Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and provide ongoing support and resources

  • Performance Analysis: Track metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine strategies based on performance data to improve ROI

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate initiatives

  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices to keep the program competitive

  • Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

    Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proven ability to build and maintain affiliate relationships

  • Skilled in negotiation and contract management

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles

  • Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Commission Junction, ShareASale)

  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
