What you will do
Manage client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
Apply knowledge of data science concepts to translate business problems to analytics solutions with clear output and with foreseen impactful outcomes.
Provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities may include the development of presentations and managing of external relationships.
Seek compelling opportunities beyond the scope of the current project
Provide guidance to more junior members of the team while orchestrating the work of the entire team.

What you will bring
An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines.
A sharp analytical mind capable of identifying key insights from complex datasets and structuring findings in a clear and actionable way.
Strong foundation in statistics and deep technical expertise across a wide range of tools, including:
Databases (SQL, BigQuery, NoSQL)
Programming languages (Python, R)
Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Machine learning methods
Familiarity with data engineering solutions is considered a plus.
Proven track record in leading analytics projects and managing high-performing teams, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
5–7 years of experience in consulting or a relevant industry role, including at least 1+ years in a project leadership position.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-relevant insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Full professional proficiency in English & Spanish.
