What you will do

  • Own data science and advanced analytics solutions across the full lifecycle, from problem framing and design to implementation, productization, and maintenance.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions.

  • Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve client problems across domains such as growth and revenue management, marketing analytics, CRM analytics, risk analytics, and sector-specific use cases (e.g. fashion, retail, or operations).

  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and technical solutions in close collaboration with consultants, engineers, and client teams.

  • Build clear and compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.

  • Evaluate, validate, and continuously improve model performance, including feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.

  • Lead and facilitate workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders.

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and contribute to stakeholder management at senior levels.

  • Coach and mentor analysts and junior team members, contributing to team capability building.

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related role.

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or similar (a master’s degree is expected; a PhD is a plus).

  • Strong programming skills in Python (or R) and solid experience with data science tooling such as Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.

  • Experience with core machine learning and statistical techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, time-series analysis, and dimensionality reduction.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms or warehouses (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

  • Experience working with large datasets and production-oriented analytical environments.

  • The ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and translate analysis into clear recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working in a client-facing, consultancy environment.

  • Professional working proficiency in English 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure and Fabric.

  • Experience with GitHub and version control.

  • Experienced in deploying models in production environments.

  • Domain experience or strong interest in sectors such as fashion, retail, marketing, or consumer analytics.

  • Ability to engage in discussions across statistics, finance, and economics
