What you will do
This role combines strong analytical thinking with a collaborative, easy-going attitude. Our team is split into two areas: business-focused and data & dashboard-focused. This role will support both areas, providing reliable data, insights, and reporting to help drive decisions across the business.
Extract, validate, and analyze data from various sources (GA4, marketing platforms, Power BI, internal databases)
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio
Analyze e-commerce and digital marketing performance
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency before sharing results
Present insights and findings to the team (in English) in a clear and visual way
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to define KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
What you´ll bring
3–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or similar roles
Excellent analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, handling large datasets)
Working knowledge of GA4, Power BI, and Looker Studio
Understanding of e-commerce and marketing performance metrics (conversion, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and data accuracy
Fluent English – written and spoken
Easy-going, team-oriented attitude and respect for team hierarchy
Strong listening and communication abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Willingness to collaborate and continuously learn
Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction
