Metyis is growing! We are looking for a E-Commerce Business Analyst with 3 -5 years of relevant experience for a full-time position to join the Digital Commerce Analytics team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you will do
We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our Digital Campus team in Porto for a leading luxury fashion brand.
In this role, You will:
1) Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse e-commerce data, including website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behaviour
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data trends and performance metrics
Create ad hoc reports to track the success of e-commerce initiatives to ultimately drive sales
Prepare and run recurring business reviews with senior management
Assist in forecasting and budgeting for e-commerce initiatives
2) Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and Act as the liaison between business and analytics functions
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
What you´ll bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or digital projects.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of B2C Ecommerce Business Models and KPIs
Proven experience in data storytelling, visualisation and working with analytics platforms (e.g. GA360, Google Big Query, Contentsquare, Databricks, Salesforce, Salesforce Analytics Cloud)
Proven experience working with Jupyter Notebooks, SQL and Python for ad hoc analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
