What you'll do
Ensure all PayPal and bank transfers payments are backed by valid invoices
Upload and organize all invoices for accounting access
Perform monthly follow-ups on any missing invoices
Categorize invoices accurately under L&D, Central Cost, and Technology Consulting Services
Match IT supply invoices with IT assets across Campus and Faro offices
Support the monthly upload of bank transfers expenses in Rydoo
Conduct general financial checks and data analysis using pivot tables
Assist with accounting controls and support the development of new accounting procedures
What you’ll bring
3-5 years of experience as Finance Controller Assistant
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial data analysis
Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Rydoo) and invoice tracking
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with finance, IT, and external accounting partners
Motivation to learn and contribute to improving financial processes
