In this role, you will join a central function team at HUGO BOSS that drives strategic alignment, ensures delivery excellence, and fosters cross-functional collaboration across digital initiatives. You will manage and execute projects with a strong focus on Omnichannel customer experience, eCommerce platform enhancements, and digital operations.
What you will do
Deliver advisory and hands-on services to assist Metyis & HUGO BOSS project teams in deploying and enabling solutions for project management, including traditional, hybrid, and agile delivery approaches.
Provide guidance to project leadership as they develop their approaches, plans and processes to deliver high quality, complex technology solutions. Work directly with project leadership.
Drive the execution and delivery of projects by collaborating with cross functional teams
Ensure successful delivery of client projects
Involvement in all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation, design to implementation, testing, and delivery.
Willing to continuously develop yourself, eager to share your knowledge and willing to step up and take responsibility in the team.
Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
Track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
Provide clear documentation and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Promote and enable the use of project management tools and best practices across teams.
What you’ll bring
5–6+ years of experience delivering digital and technology projects, ideally within eCommerce, Omnichannel, or Digital Transformation programs.
Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery models, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
A structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proven track record of delivering on time and budget.
Extensive experience in client facing and/or consulting roles.
Ability to work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership areas.
Ability to adapt to continuously changing environment and evolving customer demands.
Ability to think creatively and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Experience in Retail or Fashion industry is highly desirable.
