What you will do
In Portugal
Lead and develop the Portuguese IT team, ensuring seamless and high-quality IT services for employees and guests.
Manage external IT service providers.
Deliver top-tier IT support and services to employees and visitors.
Oversee IT onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle management, and procurement.
Partner with facilities and events teams to support campus operations.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
Globally
Manage global IT support operations and mentor support engineers across multiple regions.
Drive ITIL-based service management processes, including incident and change management.
Lead and support internal IT projects with a global scope.
Act as a strategic partner and backup to the Global IT Director.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT Manager or Team Lead role within a commercial, service-oriented, and international setting.
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with device management (Windows, macOS, Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager).
Hands-on experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and telecom contract management (Vodafone).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin portals (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune).
Hands-on experience with Office 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
Hands-on experience with Networking (Wi-Fi, internet) and printing infrastructure (Fortinet experience is a plus)
