What you will do
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-market paid social and search campaigns, including budget allocation and strategic planning.
Analyse performance data to deliver insights and make data-informed decisions that improve campaign outcomes.
Optimize search ads, keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies to improve cost- revenue-ratio.
Generate insights and recommendations, presenting results and learnings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Identify and test innovative growth opportunities within existing platforms and through new marketing channels.
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring alignment across regions, platforms, and business priorities.
Stay informed on digital marketing best practices, tools, and platform evolutions.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting, leveraging analytics platforms to measure performance and steer future investments.
Knowledge in North America markets: US, Mexico and Canada.
What you’ll bring
4+ years of hands-on experience in social media and/or paid search campaign management.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
Proven ability to steer budgets efficiently and transparently, especially in programmatic or multi-market environments.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive KPIs.
A proactive and experimental approach to marketing, with a desire to test new ideas that attract, engage, and retain customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly share insights and strategies with leadership and stakeholders.
Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and thrive under tight deadlines.
Google Ads certification or similar qualifications are a plus.
