What you'll do

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales, boost brand awareness, and deliver strong performance results across paid social and media platforms. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all things Paid Social – from technical setups to strategic planning, across the full funnel

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Prepare forecasts and media plans to guide client strategy

  • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Design and run A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages

  • Monitor performance metrics regularly, ensuring campaigns stay on track and aligned with client goals and KPIs

  • Deliver insightful, easy-to-understand reports that highlight results and next steps

  • Define and refine target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and video assets

  • Work closely with data teams to implement and manage conversion tracking (e.g., pixels, tags)

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with paid media agency, internal teams, and stakeholders

  • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners

  • Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and terms

  • Digital marketing experience: Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
