What you’ll do
You will learn how to provide operational and administrative support in different HR processes, such as employee experience and engagement.
You will gain experience in assisting with daily HR administrative activities.
You will develop skills to support both local and global HR projects, contributing to employee initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Global HR team to improve processes, ensure compliance, and continuous improvement operations.
What you’ll bring
Master’s in human resources management or organizational psychology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities. Fluency in English is required.
Internship experience in a professional service firm, consulting, and corporate is a plus.
Genuine eagerness to learn from- and closely work together with other talented people.
Strong interest in learning from and collaborating closely with talented colleagues.
Self-motivated, innovative problem solver with a proactive approach.
Passion for HR processes, policies, and employment law.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
