What you’ll do

  • You will learn how to provide operational and administrative support in different HR processes, such as employee experience and engagement.

  • You will gain experience in assisting with daily HR administrative activities.

  • You will develop skills to support both local and global HR projects, contributing to employee initiatives.

  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Global HR team to improve processes, ensure compliance, and continuous improvement operations.

What you’ll bring

  • Master’s in human resources management or organizational psychology.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities. Fluency in English is required.

  • Internship experience in a professional service firm, consulting, and corporate is a plus.

  • Genuine eagerness to learn from- and closely work together with other talented people.

  • Strong interest in learning from and collaborating closely with talented colleagues.

  • Self-motivated, innovative problem solver with a proactive approach.

  • Passion for HR processes, policies, and employment law.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
