Metyis is growing! We are looking for an Onsite Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our Digital Commerce team based in our Porto Digital Campus.

What you will do
In collaboration with the other team members, you will be responsible for the ideation, conception and/or operational execution of eCommerce Marketing content on the hugoboss.com websites, app and a dedicated eCommerce newsletter worldwide.
Deliver commercial topics to eCommerce customers in a creative and structured way, driving engagements and conversions through these activations.
Collaborate with cross functional business teams including Brand Marketing, Buying, Onsite Merchandising, Global Customer Engagement, SEO and Art Direction to obtain alignment, direction and input for eCommerce marketing priorities and plans.
Use web analytics tools to monitor and report data relating to eCommerce Marketing activations to enable the teams to optimise future planning and understand the impact of the marketing content online.
You will support and are also encouraged to lead the planning of one-off or ongoing campaigns and activations with the opportunity to develop your confidence, collaboration, organisational and presentation skills.
You will be responsible hands-on for publishing and testing content via the CMS to the website or to customer emails on a very regular basis.
What you’ll bring
1 - 3 years of experience in Marketing, Web Content Management or related fields.
Successfully completed bachelor's degree in marketing, eCommerce or equivalent studies.
Experience in fashion, luxury, sportwear or lifestyle marketing is a plus.
Experience with Website Content Management Systems.
Google Analytics; ContentSquare and Content Management System know-how is a plus.
Very strong affinity to eCommerce websites and apps and digital content (not necessarily from a professional field).
Passionate about online content and the customer journey and experience.
Familiar and comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and Miro (Figma a bonus).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, good time management and clear and concise communication.
High sense of ownership and responsibility.
Confident and comfortable with working with many stakeholders outside of your immediate team and confident presenting your ideas to smaller and larger groups both verbally and over email.
