What you'll do

As a member of our Digital Commerce team, the E-Commerce Specialist will be a key player in developing and overseeing digital marketing and platform initiatives that ensure seamless shopping experience for customers and drive online sales. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analytics, marketing, technology, and operations to deliver monthly and quarterly business targets.


  • Conceptualize and implement monthly and quarterly digital sales strategies, in alignment with business objectives, to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage the monthly platform promotional calendar for product launches, discounts, and special events, in collaboration with operations, merchandise and marketing teams.
  • Optimize web performance of the e-commerce platform(s), collaborating with marketing, site merchandise and operations teams to manage product curations, online promotions, listings, offers, and pricing.
  • Oversee daily and weekly operations of the e-commerce website and mobile app, ensuring they are fully functional and user-friendly. Coordinate with the design and development teams to enhance the website and app’s appearance, UX, and performance.
  • Monitor website/app metrics, including traffic, revenue, conversion rates, cart abandonment and product enquiries and use data-driven insights to suggest improvements in UI/UX and on-site marketing activities.
  • Use platform data, customer trends and analytics to create targeted promotions, improve segmentation, and increase personalization on platform.
  • Work with data analytics team to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales performance, customer insights and campaign outcomes.
  • In collaboration with CRM specialist design and implement loyalty initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.


What you’ll bring

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing and related areas.
  • Have proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, Magento etc.
  • Experience with web analytics and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Manager, Google Merchant Center etc).
  • Knowledge of SEO, Paid Marketing, Marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience collaborating and managing teams across functions.
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
