What you will do  

We are looking for an IT Consultant to join our team and drive innovations for our Android and iOS customer app. As an IT Consultant, you will work closely with our business units to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how to implement new features and enhancements that meet our customers' needs.

• As an IT consultant, you are the crucial link between our business and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution for our HUGO BOSS app.

• You consult and support on our HUGO BOSS shopping and loyalty app to improve and enhance processes and functionalities.

• You are co-driving and ensuring future-proof app processes within our HUGO BOSS IT landscape on a global scale. This means designing consistent technical concepts, supporting successful implementation, and enabling successful global rollouts of app updates and new features worldwide.

• You are supporting, coordinating, and co-managing the IT part during the development and implementation phases of new app functionalities and integrations.

• Act towards your team colleagues as enabler (trainings and know-how transfer) and authority (review of technical changes) to meet tech guidelines for small to medium complex changes.

• You will be guiding and structuring processes together with the product team with focus on the technical side.

   

What you’ll bring  

• Strong knowledge and expertise in mobile app development, user experience, and customer engagement.

• Ideally, experience with various relevant technologies of mobile app ecosystems, app management platforms, and integration tools.

• Excellent communicative skills and analytical strength.

• Project management expertise.

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in eCommerce, App development, solution architecture or in a comparable area with a proven IT background.

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics, or related areas.

• Fluent in English.
