Metyis is growing! We are looking for an IT Consultant Loyalty with 5+ years of experience for a full-time position to join our Metyis Digital Campus team in Porto.

What you'll do


  • As IT consultant, you support your IT team colleagues on all the Loyalty topics and projects, as well as supporting our business stakeholders
  • You consult and support on our HB loyalty and reward processes (web 2.0 and web 3.0)
  • You are co-driving and ensuring future proof loyalty processes within our HUGO BOSS IT landscape on a global scale. This means to design consistent technical concepts, to support successful implementation and especially to enable successful global rollouts worldwide of the new Loyalty program
  • You are supporting, coordinating and co-managing the IT part during the tender and implementation phase of a new loyalty engine for our tech stack.


What you’ll bring


  • Strong knowledge and interest in loyalty, customer experience and customer engagement
  • Ideally experience with various relevant technologies of customer loyalty ecosystems, loyalty management platforms, web 3.0 tools, reward tools
  • Excellent communicative skills and analytical strength
  • Project management expertise
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, proven IT background
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or related areas
  • Fluent in English
