IT Consultant Loyalty (Fashion)

Metyis is growing! We are looking for an IT Consultant Loyalty with 5+ years of experience for a full-time position to join our Technology team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you'll do

As IT Consultant Loyalty, you will be part of HUGO BOSS’ vision to become the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide. You will share the IT ownership of Loyalty together with the existing team, with the clear objective to provide the most desirable and personalized loyalty program and experiences for our customers.

As IT Consultant Loyalty you know our HUGO BOSS loyalty engine processes and functionalities best. You analyse business loyalty requirements, design IT processes and understand the integration patterns of our new loyalty engine into our HUGO BOSS ecosystem.

• As IT consultant, you support your IT team colleagues on all the Loyalty engine topics, as well as supporting our business stakeholders.
• You know best our HB loyalty and reward processes (web 2.0 and web 3.0) and consult all relevant stakeholders.
• You are co-driving and ensuring future proof loyalty processes within our HUGO BOSS IT landscape on a global scale. This means to co-design consistent technical integration concepts, to coordinate successful implementation and to enable successful global rollouts worldwide of the new Loyalty program.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, proven IT background.
• Knowledge and interest in loyalty, customer experience and customer engagement.
• Excellent communicative skills and analytical strength.
• Knowledge and experience on technical integration patterns as real-time APIs, event-based communication as well as scheduled batch processes.
• Project management expertise.
• Ideally experience with various relevant technologies of customer loyalty ecosystems, loyalty management platforms, web 3.0 tools, reward tools.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or related areas.
• Fluent in English.
