What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Data positions across global offices.

• Partner with hiring leaders to design strategies and deliver top talent.

• Source candidates creatively across multiple channels.

• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.

• Support onboarding and act as a trusted local contact.

• Lead initiatives to strengthen recruitment processes and employer brand.

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of experience in Technology recruitment, including 4+ years in Data & Analytics.

• Success in hiring for senior technical roles (architects, developers, data scientists, IT consultants, designers, e-commerce).

• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.

• Proactive, creative, and driven to deliver quality outcomes.

• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
