Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Sustainable Supply Chain Communication Strategy and Implementation Specialist with 2+ years of working experience for a full-time position to join our Strategy and Execution team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you'll do

Develop training and communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Create training and communication materials and formats for Sustainable Supply Chain stakeholders, including one-pagers, presentations, guidelines, and Hugo Boss University trainings.
Support the development of a consistent Sustainable Supply Chain storyline for the Sustainability Report.
Assist in refining the overarching Sustainable Supply Chain strategy storyline and roadmaps.
Conceptualize and implement a knowledge-sharing channel for Sustainable Supply Chain teams.

What you’ll bring

Project management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams & stakeholders
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Strong skills in creating training materials and communication formats
Excellence written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop & refine strategic storylines & roadmaps
Experience in knowledge-sharing platforms and tools
Background in fashion industry is a plus
