What you will do

Identify, assess and evaluate project ideas
Prepare communication (e.g. workshops, presentations, etc.) for senior executives about ongoing projects, applying a results driven approach
Manage client relationships
Lead and driving projects and guiding junior colleagues & assisting them with their work
Travel based on project requirements
Have direct responsibility of one or more work streams or projects

What you’ll bring

4 years of experience in ESG and sustainability, with a focus on regulatory compliance projects (CCRD – double materiality, taxonomy, green finance, etc.). Expertise in these functions is a must.
Over 5 years of consulting experience with relevant industry experience in financial services (banking or insurance), including at least 1 year at a project lead level. Team leadership experience is a must.
Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and influence senior clients to act on recommendations.
Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships, providing guidance to teams while taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of the engagement.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, demonstrated by high academic achievements. Experienced in developing advanced business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies that drive business value.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
