Metyis is growing! We are looking for a consultant in the early years of their professional journey, to join our Strategy and Execution team, based in Madrid or Barcelona.

What we offer

  • You will interact with C-level at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors.
  • You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data driven insights, client interviews, market research, analytical models, etc.

What you will do 

As an Analyst, you will:

  • Play a key role in our project teams
  • Drive impactful results for our clients
  • Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews and gather insights
  • Perform in-depth research and analyses
  • Prepare and participate in workshops and presentations

What you will bring

  • Exceptional BA and/or MSc graduates with a variety of backgrounds in financial, technical or other quantitative studies.
  • 0-2 years of working experience
  • Outstanding record of (academic) achievement
  • Excellent social and analytical skills
  • Data Management Skills
  • Genuine eagerness to learn from- and closely work together with other talented people
  • Profound knowledge of the Spanish and English language, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
