What you will do
As a Manager in our Financial Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client strategies and driving meaningful business impact. You will be the trusted advisor to clients, managing interactions and fostering long-term relationships while delivering actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead projects from strategy development to execution, overseeing change management plans and business case creation.
Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify client needs, evaluate industry trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop compelling presentations and reports, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and manage external client relationships.
Formulate research hypotheses and oversee advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights on clients, competitors, and the market.
What you will bring
Extensive expertise in the Financial Services sector, with over 6 years in consulting, ideally with experience in strategy, business consulting, and digital transformation projects.
Proven experience at a project lead level, with strong ability to guide teams and manage complex client engagements.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and drive action.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, demonstrated through academic achievements and practical experience.
Capability to design innovative business models, analytical frameworks, and strategies that maximise long-term client value.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
