Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Manager with +6 years of consulting experience and relevant experience in Financial Services, to join our Strategy and Execution team in Madrid/Barcelona.

What you will do

  • As a Manager in the Financial Services sector, you are responsible for managing client interactions and playing a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • You apply your knowledge of business and organizational principles to generate actionable insights, oversee strategy development, change management plans, and the creation of business cases.
  • You provide project management oversight to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Your responsibilities may include developing presentations, managing external relationships, tracking consultant work progress, and providing status reports.
  • You conduct analyses to define client needs and supervise research activities to gather relevant data.
  • Additionally, you oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analysis of client, competitor, and industry data.


What you will bring

  • Demonstrated expertise in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant industry expertise in strategy and business consulting. Experience in digitalization projects is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience at a project lead level.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
  • Ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the given advice.
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships, providing guidance to teams while taking responsibility for the quality of the engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, demonstrated through outstanding academic achievements.
  • Ability to develop cutting-edge business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
