What you will do
As a Talent Sourcer at Metyis, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our organization. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market research will be vital in ensuring the continued growth and success of our team. In your new role, you will:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online searches, job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates; being the key point of contact for specific skill sets within Metyis.
Talent Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent, and market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies; create talent market research for skill sets, project-specific needs, and competitor analysis.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements, whether supporting active recruitment needs or conducting cultivation calls for potential future needs.
Talent Pipelining: Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and our Recruitment Team to understand staffing needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in talent sourcing efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
Data Analysis: Track and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Knowledge sharing and process improvement: become a point of contact within Talent Acquisition on our recruitment and sourcing tools and channels, creating manuals and delivering training related to our core tasks.
What you will bring
Strong alignment to our Metyis core values.
Talent Intelligence or People Analytics working experience in either a consultancy or a multinational business.
A deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and the full talent life cycle.
Upper-Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Upper-intermediate data visualization skills, presenting, and storytelling using data to enable business decisions.
Experience working with Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition tasks as a means to increase productivity and ensure quality.
Excellent communications skills (English required, other languages advantageous).
LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Recruitee or other) upper-intermediate level.
Upper-Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at least in one of our locations.
