What you will do

As a Talent Sourcer, you are the bridge between data and human connection — discovering talent, telling stories, and shaping the first impression of Metyis.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Engage with people, not just profiles — create meaningful interactions that make candidates feel seen and valued.
Source and connect using diverse channels, building long-term talent pipelines that drive our strategic growth.
Translate data into insights — use dashboards and visual tools to bring hiring trends to life and inspire decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align priorities and find creative, effective sourcing solutions.
Continuously learn and adapt — explore new sourcing techniques, share best practices, and embrace innovation.
Champion the candidate experience — ensuring every touchpoint reflects Metyis’ values and builds our reputation as an employer of choice.
